The photo showed up soon after the disappearance of Kellisue on myspace posted by someone close to the Ackernecht's. The photo was republished on Facebook a while ago which created quite a problem. The family spokespersons received threats because the photo was republished and they wanted it taken down immediately

I believe that picture was supposed to be Halloween themed, since Kellisue disappeared at the end of September it is most likely harmless and taken out of context.
